By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. These terms are designed to ensure fairness, prevent misuse, and protect both parties.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and components.

Non-Returnable

  • Used, installed, or handled beyond basic inspection
  • Missing packaging or parts
  • Final sale items

Shipping & Delivery

We use third-party couriers, including Aramex Store-to-Door.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary
  • We are not liable for courier delays once an order has been dispatched
  • Tracking updates are managed by the courier, not us
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

After this period, the order is considered accepted in full condition.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier are considered fulfilled unless proven otherwise via courier investigation

Returns Shipping

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, false claims, or policy violation.
