Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of R89 applies to all orders within South Africa unless a free shipping threshold is met (if applicable during promotions).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Processing may take longer during peak periods or sales events.

Delivery Time

We ship exclusively via Aramex Store-to-Door. Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days after dispatch.

Important Information

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or operational factors
• We are not responsible for courier delays once dispatched
• Tracking updates are managed by Aramex and may be delayed

Risk & Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to Aramex, risk transfers to the customer. We are not liable for loss, delay, or damage in transit.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional fees.

Tracking

Tracking is provided once your order is dispatched. Updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
