We use third-party logistics providers, including Aramex Store-to-Door.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed

• Tracking updates are controlled by the courier
• Once an order is dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer

Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier. We are not liable for loss, delay, or damage occurring during transit.
